Q: I've just placed an order. How long before it will be shipped?
A: Generally speaking, if you order in the morning, we can ship your package later that afternoon. If you order in the afternoon or evening, we will likely ship at the following day. We do our best to ship all orders as quickly as possible!!!

Q: I already placed an order with Goodtracksuit.com. Can I change something?
A: We ship all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to make changes to an order after it is shipped. However, you are welcome to talk to us at goodtracksuit@hotmail.com by MSN, and if we are able to assist you, we will certainly do so.

Q: Which payment options does Goodtracksuit.com  accept?
A: We accept Paypal, Western Union,Bank Transfer.

Q: Does Goodtracksuit.com offer C.O.D.?
A: Our apologies, but C.O.D. is not a payment option with Goodtracksuit.com. All orders must be paid in full before your packages will be mailed out.  

Q: Can I save the items in my shopping cart and buy them later?
A: Our apologies, but at Goodtracksuit.com,all items are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. This means that the items you have in your shopping cart today may not be available at a later date. The only way to reserve those items is to complete your order as soon as possible.   

Q: Why does Goodtracksuit.com ask for my email address? Will I get spam emails after I give it to you?
A: Providing us with your email address means we can send you two very important emails: One is a copy of the order that you place with us, and the other is a notification that your package has been shipped. We may also use email if it is necessary to contact you regarding your order. Additionally, in order to update you on new products and promotions, we will periodically send you emails if you register to receive them. Please keep in mind that you can be removed from our email mailing list at any time you choose. Finally, we will not give your email address to anyone else. 

Q: How can I find out about Goodtracksuit.com promotions?
A: We recommend that you sign up for our email mailing list. Once you sign up, we'll email you on a regular basis with the latest Shoesok.com news, specials, and promotions.  

Q: How can I do an exchange?
A: All packages mailed to our Returns Department will be processed as refunds. If you need an exchange, we recommend that you mail back your item for a refund, then place a new order with us at any time.  

Q: If I need to return an item, do I have to pay the postage?
A: Yes, if you mail an item back to us, you will be responsible for the return postage. Additionally, we recommend that you add tracking and insurance for your own protection.  

Q: What is the cost of shipping?
A: ALL the shipping charge is USD15.00 or USD20.00,whatever your order quantity is.

Q: I'm looking for an item that's not on your website. Can I special order it through Goodtracksuit.com?
A: We will have a best try,please get help from goodtracksuit@hotmail.com.

Q: Can I buy wholesale or in bulk from Goodtracksuit.com?
A: You are welcome to place a large order with us,WE WILL GIVE YOU WHOLESALE PRICE and we have no order quality limit!

A: Of course!

Q: What is the shipping way?
A: 1.The shipping way we can use EMS,TNT,UPS,DHL,Fedex,and we usually use EMS.
    2.The tracking number will be emailed to you ASAP after shipping your packages.
    3.We always send the packages within 24 hours after your payment!
    4.We send your order by small packages!The delivery time will be about 5 or 6 days.
